I take all factors into consideration before finalizing a proposal, ensuring your coverage feels intentional and seamless.
My most requested collection typically includes an engagement session, a second photographer, and a dedicated day-of assistant. I never charge additional fees for image editing or photo usage rights. Travel fees may apply for destination weddings, depending on location. At this time, travel fees are waived for weddings in Florida, Arizona, North Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana.
Chelcie Lou Photography is also pleased to offer Highlight Videos as an add-on to wedding collections. Highlight films begin at $1,800 and are designed to beautifully capture the movement, emotion, and energy of your day.
Lifestyle Portraits

This session pricing applies to family, engagement and couples, and maternity sessions. Most sessions last approximately one hour and include 100+ fully edited images.
All images are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery for easy viewing and downloading. If a family session includes more than one family, additional pricing will apply.
Senior Portraits

These sessions are relaxed, fun, and thoughtfully designed to celebrate who they are in this moment. My goal is to capture each senior’s individuality while creating timeless images they will still love decades from now.
Sessions are intentionally unhurried and typically last two to three hours. I do not impose a strict time limit, as the best moments often happen organically, whether we discover a new location or follow the light somewhere unexpected. Outfit changes are always welcome, with no set limit, allowing the session to unfold naturally and creatively.
Each session includes 125+ fully edited images, delivered in a private, password-protected online gallery. I believe in keeping the experience simple, seamless, and enjoyable, from start to finish.

Maternity & Newborn Package Option : $1500
Newborn photography holds a special place in my heart. There is nothing more meaningful than documenting those first quiet moments as a family, when everything feels new, tender, and full of love.
Sessions are relaxed and baby-led, typically lasting up to two to three hours, with plenty of flexibility built in. Feeding, soothing, and breaks are always welcomed, your baby sets the pace. This unhurried approach allows for a calm experience and beautifully natural imagery.
Each session includes 125+ fully edited images, delivered through a private, password-protected online gallery. Every photograph is thoughtfully edited to ensure timeless, emotive images you will cherish for years to come.
